is an independent organisation which provides guardianship services to
international students.
Our aim is to support international students during their stay in
Australia and to provide the parents with peace of mind in the knowledge
that their children are receiving quality care and attention.

consequently we are better placed to focus on the needs of our student clients.

We provide or arrange the following-
On Arrival

Assistance to arrange bank accounts,
mobile phone accounts and familiarisation with the local area,
facilities,
public transport,
restaurants/cafes

Arrange for tutoring and counselling where required.
On departure

flight booking and ticket collection

processing any excess baggage requirements
On request:

airport transfer to home stay and assistance on
arrival to help settle into Australia

School holiday arrangements and accommodation

translation of school reports from English into
a nominated language

Skilled consultants.
We have a team of experienced and caring consultants who enjoy
contact with people and look forward to working with them (Click

Bilingual consultants.
Each of our students is assigned a consultant who will usually
be fluent in the mother language of the students.
Alternatively we have an excellent network of linguists who
can be called in to assist with any language difficulties

24 hour availability of our consultants.
This gives us the capacity to stay in regular contact with the student to
deal with any issues that may arise. It also provides confidence to the
parents as they know that their child will be looked after if any emergency
or other problem arises.

Regular tracking of the student’s progress.

Consultants promptly follow up areas of concern, with the student’s home stay, parents or educational institution..

Consultants arrange weekly contacts with the students in their care

Weekly reports are prepared by the consultant for all students in their care.

A comprehensive student database is maintained and this facilitates tracking of any areas of concern, problems and achievements that have arisen and allows action to be taken on a timely basis to resolve issues arising.

Information sharing with the relevant interested parties.
All the information that is obtained from the first visit to the homestay is maintained on our database.

our business and we ensure full compliance with the principles of the Privacy Act.
