**The minimum term for the service is 6 months.
Monthly service fee charges can only apply after the initial period,
The initial period is defined as the first twelve months.
Applications will only be processed after the payment of the fee is received.
Refund policy:
A 75% refund will be provided on condition that the student visa application is rejected.
A copy of the rejection letter must be supplied in order to obtain the refund.
For any other condition, a full amount will be refunded minus a $250 administration fees and any bank fees incurred.
NOTE - NO REFUND of the fee is provided if a student visa has been issued.
