A & J Student Care Services provides legal guardianship services to international students, under 18 years of age, studying in Australia. We are an independent guardianship service provider and this enables us to focus primarily on the interests of our student clients. Our policy is to work closely with the students school and home stay and this enables us to effectively resolve any problems that may rise in relation to our client.  

A & J Student Care Services provides a 24 hour service to our clients which gives confidence to the parents that their children will be appropriately looked after if any emergency or unplanned event should arise. Our team is well experienced in dealing with the different problems that international students may confront and this makes us very sensitive to the needs of our client students.

A & J Student Care Services operating policy involves contact with our students on a regular basis. Each week A&J guardians/consultants contacts each student in their care and prepares a weekly report on the the progress of the student. These reports are maintained on our student records and enables us to track the progress of the student. This process facilitates immediate attention and action to resolve any issues that may arise.

A & J Student Care Services are unique.
Our guardians/consultants are multi lingual and some of the languages spoken by our trained staff include Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese and Indonesian. Our team members have backgrounds in education, information technology, languages and international student support. This extensive and varied skill base enables us to bring considerable talent and expertise into dealing with our clients needs.
